A : Yes – the Cyclaire Rapid is best for sports balls, but be careful not to over inflate your ball as it needs much less pressure than a bike tyre. You will need to purchase the Needle Adaptor.

A : Yes, depending on the amount of pressure you require; the Cyclaire Plus is ideal for UST tyres up to 120psi.

A : No. These tyres need a much bigger volume of air. Cyclaire pumps will be slow to inflate these larger tyres and could overheat and become permanently damaged

Q : Do I have to inflate my tyres all the way to the maximum on the gauge?
A : Probably not. The recommended pressure for your tyres will be written on the sidewall of the tyres. Do not over inflate your tyres. The gauges on the pumps have a colour coded indicator as a rough guide:
BLUE - Sports balls up to 15 psi
GREEN - Children’s bikes up to 40 psi
YELLOW - Mountain bikes (fat tyres) 40 – 80 psi
RED - Road bikes (narrow tyres) 80 – 120 psi
